On 28th February 2014, Lava organised a seminar for NGOs in Malaysia called Salesforce for NGOs. This seminar was aimed at educating NGOs on database and donor management using CRM, specifically Salesforce CRM<\/a>. It covered how the software is able to help NGOs such as themselves to connect better with their volunteers and donors, and run campaigns to promote their respective missions and raise awareness. Eligible NGOs were awarded free licenses and huge discounts for services.<\/p>\n
