Just as important as your customer\u2019s feedback are those of your employees. This is because they are using the system on a day-to-day basis and would be most familiar with it. Schedule monthly or bi-monthly surveys to check with your team on their experience using the CRM system<\/a>. This way, if there\u2019s an issue, you can identify and work towards resolving it before it hits a red flag.<\/p>\n
