Engage campaign emails can be crafted from available 1:1 email templates or created and sent ad-hoc. They can be sent one-off to individual leads or in small batches to leads owned by a sales user.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few examples of emails suitable for sending using Salesforce Engage:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Quick, personalised emails for relationship development<\/strong><br \/> \u201cI was just thinking about our last conversation\u2026\u201d<br \/> \u201cI saw this blog post and thought you would appreciate it\u2026\u201d<br \/> \u201cThis new article\/white paper\/blog post reminded me of what you said about __\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. A brief note to leads in a specific region or industry to let them know about an upcoming trip, event or trade show<br \/> <\/strong>\u201cI wanted to let you know I\u2019ll be in ___ next week, want to grab lunch?\u2026\u201d<br \/> \u201cI hope to see you at the ___ trade show next month; I\u2019ll be there!\u2026\u201d<br \/> \u201cAny chance you\u2019re planning on going to the ___ event next quarter?\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Do you have any availability to connect later this week?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Pro-tip<\/em><em>:<\/em>\u00a0Whenever possible, include links in Engage emails so you can observe and track engagement with your emails using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pardot.com\/blog\/introducing-engage-team-reports-sales-marketing-managers-preview-variable-tags\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Engage Reports.<\/a>\u00a0For link clicks to be tracked by the system, all links will be automatically re-written, so be sure to hide your links behind the text.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Marketing Teams: Don\u2019t Be Afraid to Dive Right In\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>For some marketing teams, it can be intimidating to take that first step towards\u00a0enabling your sales reps with <a href=\"https:\/\/lavaprotocols.com\/2016\/02\/17\/marketing-automation-marketing-tool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">marketing automation<\/a>.
