The role of HR may be overlooked at times, but it is essential for the growth and success of an organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Malaysia HR Awards<\/a> \u2060\u2014 organised by the Malaysian Institute of Human Resources Management (MIHRM) \u2060\u2014 was started to fulfill this mission. Every year, judges who are HR experts would identify organizations that have initiatives\/ practices that promote better work experiences for employees and that drives business growth and success at the same time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The 18th edition of the MIHRM HR Awards which took place on Nov 15 last year was an exciting one for us because we were selected as one of the Silver Award winners<\/a> for the SME Best Employer award category!<\/span><\/p>\n
