On the 19th of November, Lava Protocols in collaboration with Salesforce, hosted a session outlining to universities how CRM can bolster Student enrollment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event, held in Sheraton Petaling Jaya, started off with a hearty breakfast welcoming session. The attendee count peaked at 37.<\/span><\/p>\n

The session began with Lava and Salesforce\u2019s journey together, galvanizing Customer Success in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This was followed by insights into the education sector, and a customer experience sharing session.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event then moved on to address the digital transformation of student\u2019s enrollment process through Salesforce and Pardot. Lava\u2019s contributions as a Salesforce consultancy, with over a decade of experience in the education sector, positions it well as an influencer of technological solutions to drive customer experience and Salesforce customers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
